Ingredients:
- Miso
- Mushrooms
- Veggies as you prefer -carrots, greens or/and seaweeds
- Finely chopped fresh ginger to taste
- Whole Cumin Seed
- Nutritional yeast
- Olive oil
- Any other herbs you want to consume: fresh nettles, simmered burdock root, and finely ground milk thistle seeds are all examples.
Directions
- Heat water and simmer any veggies that need to be cooked (mushrooms, root vegetables). Simmer on low until vegetables/mushrooms are soft.
- In a bowl, mix the miso with a bit of water to loosen it up (maybe ¼ cup). Add cumin, ginger, and any veggies that don’t need to be cooked (such as green onions).
- Pour boiling water and cooked veggies into the miso bowl and mix well.
- Add nutritional yeast and olive oil to taste.
