Ingredients:

  • Reishi mushrooms
  • Any mixture of:
    • Fresh ginger
    • Black pepper
    • Whole Coriander
    • Whole Cinnamon
    • A few cloves
    • Whole Turmeric

Other spices or herbs you enjoy!

Directions:

  1. Boil Reishi mushrooms for 7-72 hours (!)
  2. In the last hour, add spices. A good sample blend includes sliced fresh ginger, whole coriander pods, whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, and black pepper.
  3. Drink 1 cup daily.

Reishi mushrooms are very tough and can be re-used multiple times. When they start to lose that earthy flavor, it’s time to move to a new mushroom.
