Ingredients:
- Reishi mushrooms
- Any mixture of:
- Fresh ginger
- Black pepper
- Whole Coriander
- Whole Cinnamon
- A few cloves
- Whole Turmeric
Other spices or herbs you enjoy!
Directions:
- Boil Reishi mushrooms for 7-72 hours (!)
- In the last hour, add spices. A good sample blend includes sliced fresh ginger, whole coriander pods, whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, and black pepper.
- Drink 1 cup daily.
Reishi mushrooms are very tough and can be re-used multiple times. When they start to lose that earthy flavor, it’s time to move to a new mushroom.
