Ingredients:

  • Miso
  • Mushrooms
  • Veggies as you prefer -carrots, greens or/and seaweeds
  • Finely chopped fresh ginger to taste
  • Whole Cumin Seed
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Olive oil
  • Any other herbs you want to consume: fresh nettles, simmered burdock root, and finely ground milk thistle seeds are all examples.

Directions

  1. Heat water and simmer any veggies that need to be cooked (mushrooms, root vegetables).  Simmer on low until vegetables/mushrooms are soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix the miso with a bit of water to loosen it up (maybe ¼ cup).  Add cumin, ginger, and any veggies that don’t need to be cooked (such as green onions).
  3. Pour boiling water and cooked veggies into the miso bowl and mix well.
  4. Add nutritional yeast and olive oil to taste.
